Payment Forms Update- ISO Name Adjustment and Fraud Algorithm Update

Enhancements:

• Change of "United States of America" to "United States" to match the ISO convention.
• Removal of the receipt header: "Thank you for your payment" and the thank you message that followed. Using the "Organization Information" box in the portal the entire header may be customized as needed. In the future updates all fields associated with this feature will be named as "Receipt Header". The Receipt header will be used for the receipt while the Thank you message will only be used for the checkout pages thank you page after an authorized transaction.
