In preparation for the Portal release 3.49 and the Payment System's release 3.46 it is important that all clients update their organization's time zone to the correct time zone.
The new release will include a feature allowing receipts and downloaded reports to be in the organization's local time zone rather than Click & Pledge's time zone (EST). The scheduled update is Saturday July 10, 2010 and upon release of the new version the system will update a new database column with transaction date/time based on the time zone set in the administrative system.
To update your time zone please login to the administrative portal and follow the steps below:

- Click on Account Info
- Scroll down in the Profile section & update the time zone to your organization's local time zone.
