Announcing Release 2.19: Referring URL & Renaming CheckOutPageID to WID

New Features:

UrlReferrer: An element within the Operation node for saving the URL where the form is used. Referring URL will be saved in the transaction report.

WID: For consistency with the regular checkout pages the CheckOutPageID element was renamed to WID. The CheckOutPageID element will stay in the schema for backward compatability. No changes in the existing code is necessary.
