Connect Fundraiser: Simplifying the become a fundraiser process

New Features:
Fundraisers will no longer need to verify their email. Using the reCaptcha and the "I am not a robot" feature we ensure the fundraiser is not a script and authenticate the fundraiser immediately. This process provides a simplified flow minimizing effort by the fundraiser to become a fundraiser.
