New Features:

• Fundraiser global profile: Fundraiser's profile includes all organizations' campaigns that the fundraiser is raising money for. Prior to this release the fundraiser profile was based on a single organization's campaign. The fundraiser campaign pages provide links to a single organization's campaign whereas the global profile offers all organizations.
• Fundraiser default target: An organization may set a default campaign target for each new fundraiser. The fundraiser may change the target but the default target will be set by the organization.
