Portal Release 3.96- addition of Salesforce error notification list

New Features:
Salesforce Error Notification List: Addition of email notification list for Salesforce error. It is recommended that multiple emails are used in case an error occurs so the problem is addressed immediately. Once an error condition occurs the Salesforce connection will be disabled and no other data will be posted to Salesforce until re-activating the connection.
