New Features

• eCheck: Available for merchant accounts, eCheck provides the ability to accept checks online through all the checkout pages as well as the virtual terminal. To activate eCheck follow the steps listed below:
  • Login to the administrative system
  • Click on Account Info
  • Click on Accepted Cards
  • Check the box next to eCheck. If eCheck is not available in your account contact the support department to find out how to apply for the eCheck. The account has to be a merchant account set up for ACH. Call or email us for detail.
  
  
• Void / Credit: Available for merchant accounts, a new tab in the Virtual Terminal area allows for crediting or voiding a transaction.
