Announcing Admin: 3.39 - Click & Act admin & activation management

New Features:

• Click & Act Management: The Click & Act sub-tab in the Account Info / Profile section now provides the administrator for the Click & Act account. Administrative email may now be changed through the payment system's administrative site.
• Click & Act Management: The Click & Act sub-tab in the Account Info / Profile section now provides a checkbox for activating and deactivating the Click & Act account. Once deactivated, the organization will not show up in the searches and donation button will be removed from the Click & Act page.
