Release 1.35: Allowing for $0 Processing

New Features:
$0 processing for credit card, invoice, and other payment methods

Behavior Change:
Prior to this release $0 items were being ignored and not posted for processing. With this release items with NULL as the quantity or unit price will be ignored and $0 items will be processed as valid. The advantage of this feature is for pre-authorization of credit cards for future processing through the Salesforce platform.
