Release 1.2004: Manual Registration Payment Method Options

Please note:
Upgrading to 1.2004 requires updating the Payment application to 7.4016

New Features:
Manual Registration Payment Options reflect the Settings set at C&P Settings > Virtual Terminal

Bug Fixes:
Multi-Site: When used different Sites for Event and Listing [http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1254]

Mode show as 'Live' in the C&P Data XML when Event is in 'Test' Mode [EVT 615]

Enhancements:
Process "Additional Payment" (donation) transaction from external site when all levels are in Manual mode [EVT 611]

Post Installation:
No changes are needed from 1.1xxx release 1.2004
