Release 1.3: Adding shipping contact information

New Features:

Addition of shipping contact information. The new fields are:

ShippingFirstName

ShippingMI

ShippingLastName

ShippingEmail

ShippiningPhone

With the addition of these fields, FaaS fields match the new PaaS release 2.8 fields.
