Release 1.1: Adding UnitDeductiblePercentage

New Features:

Adding UnitDedutiblePercentage. UnitDeductiblePercentage is the percentage portion of the UnitPrice that is deductible. Total tax deductible portion will be calculated by multiplying UnitDeductiblePercentage by quantity and UnitPrice.
