Status Update:

All systems are live and processing. The maintenance & migration is now complete and we are back online.

Thank you for your support during this extremely important day for us. This was a major update that has taken us over a year to complete. More on this move later.. but we are done.

Status Update:

Progress is steady and on schedule. The action plan is moving forward.. we are still aiming for 6 a.m.

Status Update:

System updates are underway. So far so good.. no issues being reported and the new data center's replication is underway. DNS records are all updated & propagated worldwide.

With the new move all IP's have changed and as such we have to make sure DNS servers have replicated prior to our switch over.

We will update this post as we get closer to the finish line. Currently the estimated completion time is 6 a.m. ET

The process is moving as planned. Currently the primary database is being checked.. Testing will start within an hour.

Status Update:

All systems are being taken offline. No more transactions will be processed and all Click & Pledge pages, except the website will redirect to the Maintenance page at: https://clickandpledge.com/maintenance.

All systems will be taken offline in less than 15 minutes. Once offline, no transactions will be taking place.

The data center migration is on schedule and all dry runs have been successful. We are ready to start the migration at 1:30 a.m. on January 29, as previously announced.

Description:

We will be migrating our data center from our current location to a new, state of the art, robust location with more redundancies & resilience. Our goal is to go live as soon as possible and use less time than has been scheduled.
