    Yesterday all systems were brought back online. All systems are operational and back to normal.

    Update:

    The reporting and stats in the administrative portal are going to be quite slow due to data being pushed and replication going on. Please note that it is best if you do not download any reports.. we expect the syncing to complete later this evening.. The status of the administrative portal has no effect on the payment processing as these systems are totally isolated and separate. The payment forms and processing is 100% operational with no slowing or latency issues. The issue is only affecting the administrative portal.

    We will update this post as systems come online.

    Update:

    The administrative portal is being brought back online. The portal was taken offline due to a network attack on the portal that was affecting the transaction system's performance. The system is currently being synched with the production database and may be lagging in some of the transactions. Please watch this post for updates.

    We have decided to take the system online with lagging data to allow customers create and manage their campaigns. Please do not download transactions report until we update you on the status of the replication.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Our number one priority is the safety of our platform and data and sorry for the inconvenience our decision has caused.

    Additional problems have surfaced. We need to go offline temporarily . We apologize for the inconvenience.
    No transactions will be possible for the next 15-30 minutes

    All services - except for login.connect and portal are operational again. We will continue working on the responsiveness of the system through the night.
