  • Network issues being reported from upstream provider

    At 12:15 PM ET, our upstream provider reported an issue with their connection to our region.

    At the moment, CONNECT and forms are not accessible or operational.

    Our team is actively following the incident, and we will update this post as we find out more.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update:

    Through our investigations, we discovered that our primary and backup internet connections in Ashburn, Virginia, and Atlanta, Georgia, are both down.

    We are making all efforts to get our system back up and running. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      Update:

      Event Management in Salesforce and our Support Call Center are affected by the network outage and not operational at the moment.

      Our team is actively following the incident, and we will update this post as we find out more.

        Time: 2:25 p.m. ET

        Status Update:

        All systems are back online and the network has been restored. Transactions are being processed and all reporting and portal sites are operational.

        Our team is in talks with the providers to understand the root cause of the issue. Our entire geographic region was affected.
