  • Transfirst Timeout Issue

    All transactions are being processed as expected and no timeouts are being detected. We are still in communication with Transfirst and are monitoring the processing closely.

    Notice:


    We have been following random timeout issues with the Transfirst gateway since 6:50 a.m. ET on Saturday July 13. We have been in contact with Transfirst regarding this issue and will update this post when the issue has been resolved.

    The timeout issue has created timeout problem with the recurring transactions. You may have received a Decline message for recurring transactions that were timed out. We are now processing and monitoring the issue and will re-run the failed recurring transactions, due to time-out, when the issue has been resolved.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. While the Click & Pledge engine and forms are working without any issues for other gateways, e.g. IATS Payments, ProPay, etc., the Transfirst transactions are the ones that are facing the issue.

    We will update this post as we learn more from Transfirst.

    Status Update:


    Recurring transactions are currently being processed again for all the failed timed-out transactions with the Transfirst gateway. The time-out issue has been resolved and we are monitoring the case closely.

    As noted earlier, you may have received a DECLINE notice for these transactions and the second processing may result in approval since the first decline was due to the timeout.

    We will update this post until we are ensured the issue has been resolved.

      Status Update:


      All transactions are processed and the timeout issue has been resolved. We are still closely monitoring the transactions but as of this writing there has not been any timeouts since 2:30 p.m. ET.
