    All services are back to normal and all tests have validated the system's performance.

    The administrative portal reports and forms work as designed.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are monitoring the system closely and will update this if any issues are found.

    As a result of the network issue, the report servers are experiencing latency issues. We are working on resolving the issue and will update this post when completed.

    While we are working on this issue, transactions will continue to process without any issues but the administrative portal (login.connect.clickandpledge.com) will experience problems when saving forms & receipts. We will update this post when the issue has been resolved.

    Our tests show that the system is currently performing per expectations and the issue reported earlier has been resolved. We are still monitoring the issue and will update this post if other issues are detected.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our backup network is currently active and performing as expected.

    We are currently experiencing network reliability issues with the upstream provider. Our team is working on switching to the backup provider and pushing the new routing to the upstream provider.

    At this time we are investigating the root cause and will update the post as we learn more about the issue.
